By accessing or using SellBridge, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

1. About SellBridge

SellBridge is a business operations platform provided by Phalcon Technologies (“SellBridge”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

SellBridge provides tools and services for managing product information, orders, inventory, warehouses, procurement, marketplaces, customers, synchronization, reporting, automation, and related business operations.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use SellBridge.

If you are using SellBridge on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Your Account

You may need to create an account to access certain SellBridge services.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information
  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activity performed through your account
  • Notifying us promptly of unauthorized access

4. SellBridge Plans & Subscriptions

Plan limits may include product quantities, marketplace integrations, features, automation capabilities, API access, and support response times.

5. Billing & Payments

Subscription fees are billed according to the billing period selected during purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance.
  • Applicable taxes may be added to your subscription.
  • You are responsible for providing valid payment information.
  • Failed payments may result in restricted or suspended access.
  • Custom integrations, migration, implementation, or professional services may be charged separately.

Enterprise customers may have individually negotiated pricing and payment terms.

6. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process available through your account or by contacting us.

Cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during your subscription period.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit SellBridge’s software or proprietary materials without written permission.

11. AI Features

Some SellBridge plans may include AI-powered forecasting, analytics, recommendations, or automation.

AI-generated recommendations are provided as decision-support tools and should not be treated as a guarantee of business outcomes.

You remain responsible for reviewing and approving important business decisions and automated actions.

12. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable and secure service but do not guarantee that SellBridge will always be available without interruption.

Service availability may be affected by:

  • Maintenance
  • Infrastructure failures
  • Internet connectivity
  • Third-party services
  • Security incidents
  • Events outside our reasonable control

13. Disclaimer

SellBridge is provided on an “as available” basis.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate, reliable, and secure services, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every particular business requirement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SellBridge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability arising from your use of the service will be limited to the amount you paid to SellBridge for the relevant service during the applicable period, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify SellBridge and its officers, employees, and affiliates against claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful use of the platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of third-party rights
  • Data or content submitted by you where you did not have the necessary rights
